Pediatric Pain PRN Curriculum

Using the free, open-access and downloadable guides below, start a PRN program and develop interdisciplinary teams that improve pediatric pain care in your healthcare organization.

This flipped learning curriculum addresses the knowledge to practice gap by providing both:

  1. Foundational knowledge of evidence-based pediatric pain care, and
  2. Scripted learning activities to teach, practice and develop the change competencies required to plan, promote, implement, measure and improve pediatric clinical pain practice outcomes.

For questions regarding the curriculum, contact renee.manworren@uta.edu. If you have specific questions about course content or implementation, the PRN curriculum team will connect you the appropriate contact.
